6 day hotel itinerary - Isle of Eriska / Skye

Embarkation point: Isle of Eriska Hotel.

Day 1 – From the base at Craobh Haven, proceed through the Cuan sound, perhaps stop at Easdale island, Seil Island, or Kerrera (Oban Bay), and then north to Isle Of Eriska hotel, which has its own pontoon. 

Day 2 - Set off after breakfast at Eriska. Explore the local area including Loch Creran and Falls of Lora, then call into The Boathouse, Kingairloch, for lunch. After lunch make passage to Tobermory on the Isle of Mull and spend the night at Highland House Hotel.

Day 3 – Setting off from Tobermory, strike West to the north tip of the Isle of Coll where there are frequent whale sightings, then North, passing the Isles of Muck, and in to visit the little café on the Isle of Eigg for lunch. Onward to Kinloch Lodge on the Isle of Skye for the overnight stay.

Day 4 – Travel from Kinloch Lodge across the Sound of Sleat into Loch Hourn (some say Scotland’s most beautiful Loch) or loch Etive and visit the UK's most remote mainland pub for lunch - The Old Forge at Inverie, and then on to Arisaig House for dinner and overnight stay. 

Day 5 - From Arisaig house, head south around Ardnamurchan point to Isle Of Coll, and rent bikes for a cycle around the Island. Spend the night on Coll, or perhaps continue on, passing Isle of Staffa and the famous Fingals cave, and then spend night in a hotel on Isle of Iona.

Day 6 - Spend the morning exploring the historic Abbey on Iona and then return to Craobh haven, perhaps via the famous Corryveckan whirlpool and/ or Isle of Colonsay, with the possibility of including a tour of the Caol Ila or Bunnahabhain distilleries on the Isle of Islay.
